School Enrolment

We accept applications throughout the year, however, we prefer students to start at the beginning of a term. The application form is designed to give us a picture of your child in order to ensure our resources can meet his or her needs. We also want to know that new families understand and support our special character. If you live locally, you are warmly invited to contact the school office to arrange a tour of the school.

Once we have reviewed your completed application form we will determine the suitable class level and notify you of availability. If a place is available, you will be invited to meet with the principal and a member of the Proprietors Trust for a Special Character Interview. If you are not resident in Motueka, a telephone or online interview can be arranged.

If the class is full, your child will be placed on a waiting list. The waiting list has a priority system based on specific criteria. The return of completed enrolment forms and payment of tuition fees finalises enrolment. You and your child will begin an orientation process with the Class Teacher and the School.
